Money Mindset Development Program

Your relationship with money shapes every financial decision you make. Our eight-week program helps you understand and shift the patterns that hold you back.

Starting September 2025, we're running small-group sessions in Coolangatta. We keep the groups tight—no more than twelve people—because real change happens when you have space to be honest about what's actually going on with your finances.

This isn't about budgeting apps or investment strategies. We're talking about the stories you tell yourself about earning, spending, and deserving. The ones that run quietly in the background, making decisions before you even notice.

What Actually Happens Here

We meet weekly for two hours. You'll do some reflection work between sessions—nothing overwhelming, but you need to show up for it. Most people find the group conversations more valuable than they expected.

The first few weeks focus on uncovering your current money patterns. Where did they come from? How do they show up in daily life? What are they costing you?

Then we start building new approaches. Not forced affirmations or fake positivity. Just practical ways to think and act differently when money decisions come up.

Program Structure

Weeks 1-2: Recognition Phase

We map out your money history. Not the spreadsheet version—the emotional one. What did you learn about money growing up? What beliefs are you carrying that don't actually belong to you?

Participants often say this part feels uncomfortable. That's normal.

Weeks 3-4: Pattern Analysis

Now we look at how those beliefs show up in practice. Do you overspend when stressed? Undercharge for your work? Avoid looking at your accounts? We're identifying the specific behaviours that keep you stuck.

This is where people start connecting dots they've missed for years.

Weeks 5-6: Rebuilding Frameworks

You can't just stop old patterns. You need new ones to replace them. We work on building responses that align with who you want to be financially. Small shifts that compound over time.

This requires practice outside the sessions. You'll get support from the group.

Weeks 7-8: Integration and Planning

The final weeks focus on maintaining what you've built. How do you handle setbacks? What support systems do you need? We create individual action plans that feel realistic for your actual life.

Many participants stay in touch with their cohort after the program ends.
